Could play for hours. It was not their policy to refund my money. Fine, so I asked for a refund of my chips and told no. I had not done so I asked for the reason. Complaint going to Apple. Total quality all the way. My poker face is amazing, haha! This needs to be sorted so that the balance below the animated smiles updates itself every time I have played a hand and made a bet. This app is a con, stay away!!! Definitely recommend Fixed? I expect much more from this app. I got to 40billion chips at which point they announced that my account was blocked, and I could only play on if I accepted reduction you 10million! A hand I played not 10 minutes ago had someone win k with a PAIR and another person only take k with a FLUSH. Every time I got a 20 or 21 the dealer would match, all the other hands lost. Recommended Greetings from happy player! They act as judge jury and executioner without any form of appeal. Of course I complained via the chat in game. I have had 52 million chips stolen from my account by Kama games which in my eyes is theft!! Waste of time. Everything else about this app is fantastic though! Anyway just to report that. There are tournaments every week or so , free chips giveaways nearly every day on social media and free chips every time you play. Then, every single table I went to was empty. I now see the animated smiles with my balance below it. And the game is controlled and disgusting. if you have a friend that helps you with chips they take all your chips away including the ones you have won in tournaments. I lost chips without even playing the first hand. They could not provide any details of just what I was supposed to have done wrong. Donkeys normally at lowest poker sit and go. Be warned please!!!!!! The best Texas poker ever. I did complain but they say this is random and bla bla bla really disappointed. If you want to play, you need to pay for that. Back to real money games for me at least u have a chance of seeing ur money again. There is no option here to share the screen shots I had with customer service witch was disgusting. I have over 7million chips and I have not spent a penny! I emailed them so many time over a 3 month period. Have to turn phone off to resolve this issue. App freezes to make you lost, when your winning you get freezing issue. I had trouble finding a sensible game eg. Full of enjoyment. Other than this the animated smiles are ok but it just means that more and more ppl on the table will be making expressions while playing and this can be quite disruptive when trying to concentrate. Better to stay away. All they are interested in is conning real money out of you for fake chips. Get u hooked then take ur chips then make u buy more chips. It has too too many fake accounts. This is most annoying as I then have to exit the screen by pressing the multiscreen button, go to home page and then press on my balance to see my current balance. It is just there to show you figure. It has happened a lot of the time that is why i have put 3 stars. But the balance does not update itself and shows the the same total as when I joined the table. Tested the game played hands on a table of 3 people. I asked why but they could not disclose this information apparently. Crap game which makes sad, tempered and ruin your day.
